Shipping Policy
In-stock items are regularly shipped within 1-3 day after the receipt of your order and will arrive to your door within 6-10 days. If you place an order on a weekend or a national holiday it will be processed the next business day.
Some of our candles may take longer to ship due to the fact that they are hand-poured to order. Please allow extra time mainly during holiday seasons.
Please insure your billing address matches the billing address on your credit card statement. These two addresses must match or your Credit Car Provider will not process your payment and your order will be cancelled.
Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders that total $59.00 or more. On orders below $59.00 shipping charges apply per options below.
Currently, we are not able to send orders internationally or APO boxes.
We DO NOT ship COD orders. NO personal checks.
Shipping Option Detail
We offer various shipping options to comply with our customer’s needs. We only use USPS Priority Parcel and UPS. We reserve the right to choose the best method for standard shipping. Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Standard
The majority of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Parcel. Shipping charge starts at $4.60 depending on weight and address. Charge will be indicated in Checkout.
US Postal Service Options
- Express Mail: Price from $16.25 and up.
- Priority Mail: Price from $4.60 and up.
- Priority Mail Flat-Rate Box: Price $8.95 (Maximum 5 lbs.)
UPS Options
- Ground: Price from $6.93 and up.
- 3 Day Select: Price from $9.72 and up.
- 2nd Day Air: Price from $13.95 and up.
- Next Day Air Saver: Price from $23.29 and up.
- Next Day Air AM: Price from $57.67 and up.
- Next Day Air: Price from $23.90 and up.
UPS - Additional Fees
Customer may be charged an additional shipping cost for any refused or undeliverable shipment due to customer’s incorrect address entered on the order form which must reship. Shipping cost will be the same as the original order.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (include Apartment Number, Suite, etc.). UPS charges $10.00 for corrections fees but it could be as high as $35.00. You are responsible for these fees as a result of an error or omission on the shipping address and these fees will be charged to your credit card.
Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address. For more information, please check the shipping details on the product page.

Order Exceptions
Certain special orders may require 10-12 business days depending on your location. These special orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). Custom-Made Candles for Special Events
Orders over $1,000 are shipped insured via Next-Day Air at no additional charge. A signature is required upon delivery.
Fine Perfumes
We cannot accept orders for more than five units of any single item per customer.
ORDER USING MONEY ORDERS
If you order in with a money order, the shipping charges are $10.00 via USPS (up to 5 LBS). Any money paid in excess will be returned to you. If you don't have enough money for shipping, some items will be deleted from your order. We will notify you in advance.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments to California.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are ship separately, free of charge, via Standard Shipping and usually arrive within 5-8 business days. Two Business Day deliveries are available for a $10 shipping fee.
